Don't get stuck in a training contract at a gym, paying too much to have someone "watch" you do the same old routines time after time! Workout in the comfort of your home with an involved trainer that cares!
We bring our own equipment, so none is required by you. There are no membership or enrollment fees, and no contract binding you to a certain number of sessions. Also, the routines will change constantly, to keep your body guessing and working harder. Workout by yourself or with a friend!
If you want to achieve real, long lasting results, you must know the proper techniques, set realistic goals, and have a program you enjoy and can "stick to."
I will teach you the proper techniques, help you in setting your goals, educate you about strength training and cardiovascular endurance, and create a personalized program based on activities you like, your limitations, and the goals you want to achieve. Plus, with your sessions being conducted in your home, you don't have to take extra time to travel anywhere, and can schedule your appointments before/after work (or even during lunch while you're at work**), so it's more convenient for you, increasing the chances you'll continue with your healthier lifestyle habits.
Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you more confidence and happiness through fitness and good health. So, stop procrastinating and make the commitment to be a healthier you!
